JAK Cleaning LLC operates http://www.jakclean.com, also referred to as our "Site". This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of our Site. We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving our Site. By using our Site, you agree to the collection and use of information under this policy. 

Information Collection and Use 

While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include but is not limited to, your name, address, phone number, and email address. We will not sell your Personal Information to third parties. 

Communications 

We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials. 

Security 

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. 

SCHEDULING/CONTRACT TERMS 

JAK Cleaning LLC, will try its best to accommodate special requests for days and times, but the daily schedule of a cleaner can be very unpredictable. Please understand and allow us access to your location between the hours scheduled to clean. We send an appointment reminder a few days before your cleaning. This e-mail or text acts as both a reminder of the appointment and to confirm your cleaning. Please use this reminder to let us know of any changes that might affect your cleaning. You can also use this opportunity to add special requests and add-ons if you haven't already done so!

All accepted Estimates are treated as contracts between (JAK CLEANING LLC and clients) Both parties “MUST” agree to all the terms and conditions stated in the contract estimates.

For construction contracts, cleaning will be done during schedule days according to contract terms.

Annual contract agreements may be terminated upon 60 days written notice without cause or penalty by either party.

SAFETY 

We ask that you do not request our staff to move any object over 10 lbs. This serves as a safety precaution for our team members and clients. We send 2 professional cleaners at a time to locations to complete a task. This is to achieve a better result and a safety policy of JAK Clean. JAK Clean should be contacted if customer need movers, extra charges apply.

COMPLAINT PROCESS 

If you have any questions or concerns about your cleaning service, please contact us immediately. Due to the nature of this industry, clear communication is the key to ensuring your complete satisfaction. We cannot assess and correct a complaint if too much time has passed. If you feel we need to come back and re-clean, you must contact us within 24 hours to set up a repeat cleaning with no cost to you. For your accommodation, we also discount future cleanings as we see fit. Overall, we expect a professional relationship with vendors, team members, and clients. 

PARKING 

We require all clients to provide reliable parking for our team during cleaning hours. If any parking fees occur during the cleaning, clients are required to cover such fees. If we cannot find reliable parking within 15 minutes of arriving at the location or within one block of the home, we will not be able to complete the cleaning and a cancellation or walk-out fee will be charged. 

PRICING 

Our pricing is based on our own formula that we have developed over our years in service. Prices will not change without being discussed beforehand, but we do reserve the right to change the price of your cleaning according to unforeseen circumstances (remodels, additions, or anything not listed in your original quote). Our services are completely customizable, and we are always willing to work with our clients. 

PAYMENT 

Invoices are due immediately and should be paid according to the original contract terms. A daily 5% late fee of the total amount due is charged to any unpaid invoices after the due date for one time clients until paid. A 20% late fee of the total amount due is charged to any unpaid invoices after any due date for contracted clients monthly.

We currently accept all major credit cards, ACH and checks payment. We require a valid credit card on file before booking a job. For security purposes, cash is not accepted. Checks will be mailed to 9615 E County Line Road Suite 213, Englewood, CO 80112

CANCELLATION POLICY 

We understand unforeseen circumstances occur and ask for 48hrs notice. A cancellation fee of $100 will be added to all Move-Out residential projects cancelled less than 48hrs. All Move-Out projects requested less than 48hrs will incur a $100 fee to schedule. We also reserve the right to charge a 25% fee on all custom cleanings (including but not limited to post-construction/post-renovation/Rough/Final & Fluff cleanings) cancelled less than 48hrs.

REFUND POLICY 

We do NOT give refunds for gift certificates or jobs performed. If there is a complaint about the quality of service, we will redo the job to your satisfaction or compensate future service at a discounted rate. All complaints must be received within 24 hours of the job in order for us to assess and handle the situation correctly and professionally. STAFF SOLICITATION 

As a client, you agree not to personally hire any present or former staff/contractor of JAK Cleaning LLC. Employees also agree to not clean for hire outside of JAK Cleaning LLC client base. 

GRATUITY 

Tips are not required but are certainly appreciated by our staff. Gratuity must be given in CASH. 

Changes to This Privacy Policy 

This Privacy Policy is effective as of July 20, 2017, and will remain in effect except concerning any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page. 

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this page periodically. Your continued use of our Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide by and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy. 


Suppose we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy. In that case, we will notify you either through the email address you have provided us or by placing a prominent notice on our website.
